With the biggest rural population in the whole Brazil, the State of Bahia concluded today its I Seminary of Organization of the Settlements. The event established as put main the utilization of its settled rural in the state in a model of sustainability that becomes reference for the country.
“We have commitments with the 553 existing settlements in the Bahia, where are over 35 thousand families, and will want to do of them models of sustainable output in the Country”, the state secretary the Agriculture, Eduardo Salles, said.
Salles detached the advancements in the public politics focusing on agribusiness in the last years, and reaffirmed that the family agriculture is priority in the current government . “The relation of partnership with the social movements is orientation of the governor (Jaques Wagner), that determined priority for the strengthening of the family agriculture of the state”.
