Brazil will not ask Mubarak to leave

The secretary-general of the Presidency of the Republic, Gilberto Carvalho, affirmed that the country has the expectation of that the Egyptian president, Hosni Mubarak, “have good sense and avoid a bloodshed”. But he said that Brazil is not going to ask the exit of the political leader.

“We will not do an intervention of that way – is not our make”, affirmed Carvalho to reporter Eduardo Castro, from Agência Brasil, soon after participate of the ceremony of opening of the 11ª edition of the World Social Forum, in Dacar, Senegal.
