Brazil May Have US$ 2 tri in Investments Until 2014

Brazilian economy should receive US$ 2 trillions in investments in the near four years, according to the President of the Brazilian National Bank of the Social and Economic Development (BNDES, for its acronym in portuguese), Luciano Coutinho. He said that the level of investment in the country will reach to 23% of his gross domestic Product (GDP), reports Vinicius Konchinski, from Agência Brasil.

Today, it is less than 20%. The announce of the forseeble investments was made today, during the opening of the 1º Forum of capital Market Brazil-China, in São Paulo. “What is not in the absence is a firm perspective of investment for the future.”, said Coutinho.
